1. At mohiddinalbastaki.com, we offer you a 10days return policy. If you are not happy with any product or if there is a manufacturing defect, you can return the product within 10 days from the date of receipt.
2. All you need to do is fill up the form found at the “Contact Us” page of the website and our customer service representative will get back to you on how to complete the process.
3. Once the product has been evaluated and it’s eligible for return, we will issue a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item, or you can use it on your next purchase. It will be valid for 6 months.
4. If you paid COD (Cash on Delivery), you will be given a refund in the form of MohiddinAlbastaki store credit.
5. Please note the following conditions must be met for us to be able to process a return successfully:
- an item may only be returned within 10 days from the date you receive your product;
- it must be in its original packaging along with its original tags and labels;
- we do not offer direct exchange of any product. In such scenarios, your existing order will be cancelled, and you will have to place a new order. You can also use the mohiddinalbastaki.com credit note to make the new purchase.
